What this workspace stores

Account email, securely managed authentication, project information you submit, investor-access status, saved opportunities, and investment records or documents assigned to your account. No additional investor profile is collected.

What we do not collect here

Passports, identity photographs, national identifiers, bank account details, payment card details, or financial credentials. Do not put sensitive personal data in project summaries.

Private access

Submissions remain private to their owner and authorized administrators. Only approved investors can access approved opportunities. Portfolio records and documents are account-scoped; document links are short-lived.

Verification and payments

Identity checks, sanctions screening, eligibility verification and payments are not enabled. Any future implementation should use qualified providers and store only necessary references and status, subject to legal retention requirements.

Before launch

The operator must establish applicable jurisdictions, lawful bases, retention schedules, service-provider agreements, international transfer safeguards, breach response procedures, and a verified contact for access, correction and deletion requests. Deletion may be limited by statutory recordkeeping obligations. These processes have not been implemented or legally approved.
